Born in 1951 in Uruguay, doubly oriental (from a Chinese father and an Uruguayan mother). His works seek to carry moments, capture sensations, and generate atmospheres, through the observation of Nature and fluid brushstrokes. His style is a fusion of traditional Chinese Painting and Western Impressionist styles, a bridge between the Oriental world and the Western world, defined by his identity. He has held numerous exhibitions throughout Uruguay, promoting exchange with the local population through demonstrations, conferences, and workshops. He has obtained some national and international awards. He has been the Director of the Luis Sei Fong Workshop since 1980 where he teaches courses in Watercolor, Chinese Painting, Drawing, Oil Painting, Acrylic Painting, and Pastels. He taught for 40 years as a Professor of History, Drawing, and Creativity in Public and Private Education and has taught Aikido for 47 years, currently being 6th. Dan.
